The first casting has been done and am assembling and painting has started on the face.Im using acrylics for this.comments welcome.

Thanks for the comments.Steve,I have someone else do the casting at the moment,but there will be a time when I will have to take it on.

Hello All,
Bit more painting progress to share here.I gave a base coat of tamija black ,then lightened with a mix of ultramarine blue and red with a dash of flesh.I think with the paint on he looks a lot more Vietnamese,comments welcome.

Hello All,
Here,s abit more progress.I,ve made a stamping tool to make leaves,then glueing them one at a time on to root fibres.its a bit tedious.the mg has been placed and a base coat to the legs done.comments welcome.

Mate, very well done, l gotta get my hands on one of these little fellas. Love the touch with the camo foliage as well. Great work.
