Gents,
Here are two of my ongoing (will finish them soon ;) ) projects.
Both from Pegaso, painted with oils and acrylics, metals are done with in printer's inks.

Arthur,

You did a wonderfull job on both figures.
I really like that shield.
Can you explain how you managed it.

Marc.
Marc,
Shield (except for the rim metal parts) was paintes with acrylics. Black oval in the centre gave a nice contrast for the "bee" and thats what boxart figure had ;) so I just tried to follow the example.
I started with general shapes in light colors and overpainted them with darker adding more detail
at each step,... the final design was achieved with black drafting pen. That was crucial for getting the even thin lines in the wing pattern. Finally drafting pen was used to even out any "mishaps" I had in areas I painted with the 000 brush.
Cheers,
A.

Ray,
Thank You
Denis,
Merci
I will not see you in Ottawa :(
You know...4 days in a car and the gas prices
But I will be in Quebec next Spring :)
Cheers,
A.

:( It's too bad.

But if you'll come to the SMHQ show in Quebec ...it's okay :)

Take care!

Denis
