90mm Resin
10 parts
Sculpted by Le-Van Quang
Painted by Le-Van Quang

I recieved my copy of Quang's latest figure in the mail and was excited to see his new series of 90mm start out with a Crow Warrior.

The box is smaller than his usual size and it gave me an idea of something new and exciting inside. The box had a sleeve around the outside and was lightly glued so you could remove the sleeve and have a complete painting guide with all views of the figure.

I took my xacto knife and carefully slide it into the glued area of the box art sleeve and once removed it unfolded and gave me a great painting guide with all views shown. This can be later filed away in my reference folder for future use and reference.

Now you have it in front of you instead of printed right on the box, as so many others do.

The figure is comprised of 10 parts all cast in light gray resin.

The first part I picked up was the head. Clearly and finely detailed Crow warrior that cries to be painted.

The upper torso is one seperate piece and has the beads sculpted into the shoulders and front which when painted will really leap out.

The back shows the attention to detail that Quang is famous for.

The right arm is attached to the upper torso and rings are actually sculpted on the fingers of the hand.

The left arm and blanket are a seperate part and upon dry-fitting fit snuggly together and require no filling.

The right and left leg are 2 seperate pats with clearly marked XXX areas that need to be easily removed for proper fittment. The legs, once attached fit snuggly up into the upper torso after bening painted.

The head feathers were seperate and attach by a locater lug at the back of the head to ensure proper positioning.

The fox tails which attach at the feet are cast seperately to enable better detail and are attached after ainting.

The war axe is finely sculpted and will position in the left arm after painting.

Seperate scalp locks are attached that will be fastened at the end of the war axe.

Extremely detailed kit representing the Crow Indian in the 1850's. I would have to say this is one of Quang's finest figures to date and from email correspondence with Quang, is first of many more in this new 90mm range he has created.

Excellent figure.........Highly reccomended!!!!

Thanks Quang for creating another fine figure in the Native American range.
