I have seen a lot of his fb selling posts and haven't seen any bad feedback. He only accepts Pay pal so that should give some protection,

Sadly a friend grabbed it 5 minutes before I messaged him. Delighted Al got it though.

Please do not misunderstand me…
I meant that when you buy from fb you need to be cautious….Since I haven’t bought anything from him , I don’t have an opinion…..
But as long as there are people in here that they know him, then it should be fine.
I apologize if anyone misunderstood my intentions…..
Unfortunately I ve been a victim pf a scam in a figure group ….
By the way I have this figure, unbuilt , so if I decide to sell it , this will be the first place.

One of the great aspects of PF is finding that someone on here has that kit you have been searching for. It also lets you look at your grey army and ask yourself if the kit would be better off getting built or just being on a shelf for another decade. Personally if I had this Pilipili kit ( in this instance) I would offer it up and let a fellow painter get some enjoyment from it. ( plus I might get another kit from the sale or trade).....

Very much agree with your very polite warning to one and all about the dangers of buying from Facebook marketplace and my reply was in no way meant as a criticism - rather an opportunity to share very positive interactions of myself and a few other members on here with Robert.
