Hi.
Did a bit of blocking in looking at colours etc

I am happy with the colour of the bonnet. Just needs some shading on it.

I will do the face tomorrow god help us.

The Blue on the Collar I feel needs to be a little darker.

I have Just painted a little area of tunic front & back to see how the French Gray appears. Not sure if it needs to be slightly more light blueish, or have the slightly light blueish as the highs, comments advice welcome.

Thanks for looking

Looking good so far Mick. I’m keen to see how Ventress tackles this as that’s the preferred colour scheme for me at the mo (although there’s every chance I could change my mind!)

Hi Kev,
Hes re the head dress just not on the mood for faces yesterday, hope to get head out the way over the weekend. but had to do a bit.
It is nice to see another on the go at the same time especially in a different combination.

Hi Neal.
Thank You. No shawl still the same base colour. Vallejo French Mirage Blue 70900.
In the flesh it looks ok but see what it turns out with the highs & shadows.

Greetings,
Its been a while to finish this. My Daughter moved into her new house so swapped a 000 paint brush to a 3 inch one. so managed to get back to the bench over the weekend.

The Torso above which is the shorter Kilt option will be next on the bench. This bust will be painted with a French Gray Tunic & Shawl.

Thanks for looking

Excellent painting Mick, looking very nice and has turned out well. I like the colour scheme and it will be good to see the next one in the alternative.

Thanks Bob,
With all the variations in colour I think we could give Rafferty's Motor Car a run for its money.
