WIP Problems blending Greenstuff 30mm Scale

Hi As the title says one problem I have is blending GS smoothly onto a previously cured layer.
Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong and how to fix it would be much appreciated please.
(Stop sculpting will be disregarded as I refuse to be beaten by inanimate two part sticky matter! lol)

Try using Ipa the same as tamiya thinners and a paint brush that should help

Well I tried it and it seemed to act a little weird.

Might have been because I was using Klear/Future Floor Varnish instead. *facepalm*
(Decanting alcohol and Klear into similar containers may not have been such a good idea)

I have a very shiny green though
