Hi guys,

It's been a long time since I posted anything on this forum.

I took a break from figure modelling and started work on a 1/48th scale Tamiya Voight Corsair kit and also started work on a Tamiya Aston Martin DBS (the James Bond Casino Royale version). The plane kit was given away in a fit of frustration and the car kit has been discretely placed back in its box which now resides in the garage (and will remain there forever).

It's fair to say that a change isn't always as good as a holiday.

Working on those other kits convinced me that I am, and always will be, a figure modeller.

I'm back to where I belong, and have started painting this lovely Andrea 90mm figure of a WW1 Prussian Infantryman.

Looking very good Tony, I like your style.
I have also been down that road, with armour, they are in the box under the bed.
I may just do a hatch with a painted figure stuck in it but that means looking under the bed.
All the best

Ahh there's a backpack......I see now,...I was wondering how he could still be standing with such a serious artillery injury to his back......:nailbiting:

It's another wonderful piece Tony, beautifully painted....well done mate.
