Quietly Disappearing

Marc Yablons sad passing got me wondering about some of our other members who seem to have drifted away.
In particular Rick Brownlee aka kansas kid. A nice guy and pretty regular contributor and commentator who hasn't been around since June last year.
Here's hoping he's well and is just taking a break.

Also missing Marc van Megroot. Used to be around all the time.

He withdrew from the forum last year soon after Hans van Diggelen. He didn't withdraw that quietly but quite sudden all the same. I'm sure his contributions are missed though.

Gaudin, garyhiggins, ChaosCossack, chippy, Major_Goose just to name a few all disappeared.
Many more had disappeared over the years makes you wonder why?

Gaudin (Dimitry) moved to Australia and took up other creative pursuits including recycling.
He converted an old medical trolley into a sensational cocktail cabinet.

Gary Higgins .....has gone through a real rough time including loosing at least one leg , he still looks in now and then

Chaos and goose do look in as well I believe

Chippy has posted recently but has work and family he wanted to concentrate on obviously , he still dabbles and supports Bugle Call model Show

As I said many reasons including life getting in the way especially in the current situation

By the way, beginning of the new year due to unforeseen circumstances I have ceased and deleted all my PF Samurai pdf references and painting techniques references. Members are welcome to pm me for any information needed and I shall do my best to answer per your request.

As my name popped up I thought I had better chip in .
I use to email Rick Brownlee pretty regularly but Rick had a lot of trouble with his computer last year and was without it for some time and he seems to have reduced his on line activity quite a lot .

Gaudin, garyhiggins, ChaosCossack, chippy, Major_Goose just to name a few all disappeared.
Many more had disappeared over the years makes you wonder why?

I don't post much these days as I no longer do much figure modelling and as I don't contribute anything I don't feel I can comment but I still love looking at what is going on and all work being produced . My reasons for less figure painting is 1/ eye sight getting worse 2/ my colour blindness has got worse than my eyesight . Ruined a few pieces before giving up so I do a few WW1 aircraft , old vehicles and cannons
I brows on PF about once a week but very rarely post theses days .
