Rearing Horse - 54 mm

Hi Everyone,

Horses are a relatively new area for me so I would like some help / advise.

I am looking for a 54 mm model of a horse, preferably resin or plastic, no harneses or saddle that is rearing - standing on its two hind legs.

If such a kit is not available can someone reccomend a 54 mm model of a horse that I can convert (chop up and reassemble in the pose that I want), and if so do you think it will be hard? ( I have experience converting 54 mm figures).

Look around for the Airfix Collector series French Cuirassier. The kit includes a plastic horse which is exactly as you described.

Try this site. They have some beautiful horses in many poses without tack or you can mix and match halves or quarters headsand necks to get the pose you want.
They are white metal castings.
