The metal paras are from Chota Sahib I think. Should differ in details from the Verlinden 1:35 one.

Nice painting Joe, particularly for such a fast job!

You got it Adrian!

I found the coloring guide that came with the figures, but while it does not have any brand name on it, it does have an item number. I came across a Chota Sahib collectors website and the picture, description and item number matched. Chota Sahib it is!

Hey Joe - If ya really want to push the envelope - I still use some Polly S , I/ R, & Floquil paints!! Oh lets not forget Humbrol!! I think I might be a bit behind in the times!!! LOL Dave
Its all good Dave!

I've got 3 of the 4 you mentioned, and while I hardly use them anymore, I did use some Humbrol just last month.

The figure I was undercoating yesterday is so old the casting date is in latin
Still at least I'm only a LITTLE bit older.
I'm XL me !

I've been working on this figure for over fifty years now........:meh:

Funny thing was I started out with a reasonable amount of putty but the more fluids I added the larger and larger this project got.
Things were looking fine for he first twenty five to thirty years or so but then after that things became totally unmanageable, I find I can't keep the main body of work in one place and the centre of gravity keeps moving around.......still I'll keep struggling with it as it is a WIP.

It's official, I'm out of the running. I finished it last night (it's in completed section if you want a look). At least, I think it's finished...........maybe...........I could just tweak a little.........hmmmmmmm
