Richthofen Info

I am seeking information on the colors of Richthofen's shoulder boards as depicted on Mike Good's bust sculpted for DML. Any help is greatly appreciated. I'd love to finish this great piece!

The braiding was silver lace and the pips were brass/glit; if I remember correctly, it's been awhile since I painted a German WWI uniform.

According to German Air Forces 1914-18 by Ian Sumner, Richthofen wore
the uniforn of his old Uhlan regiment.The shoulder boards for a dress uniform
for Uhlanen Regt. Kaiser Alexander III von Russland are:

Shoulder boards have white-on-red underlay and bear the white piping and
cipher of his regiment.
