Just finished this bust but have noticed a couple of wee things needed seeing to (who invented the digital camera?) Other than that he's cooked.

Hi Brian,
very beautiful and neat painting on this! I like mostly the lights on the face and the whites are wonderful, too. It is an amazing bust and you did an excellent paintjob on it, my compliments.

Hi Pete
The flesh tones are a mix of Titanium white,Gold ochre and Madder brown with a touch of Raw umber to cut down the starkness.Highlights are done with more Titanium white and shading with W&N Brown madder added to the basic mix.

Brian as i foretold this turned out great. Seeing it makes me regret i didnt go for the leather breastplate.
Whites, flesh and lether would be my favorite parts!
