With this site heaping such opprobrium on recasters, I'm surprised and dismayed that posting entire plates from books is permitted here; "No part of this work may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means..."

Really??...As Kev said, the reference to the book & plate was purely for reference, so we can all see where I got the necessary and hopefully correct details from, to help me carry out the conversion, also to help anyone else who may want to do the same to their copy of the Bonaparte Royal Fusilier bust/ full figure, I would have thought that was quite obvious!
so bit of an unnecessary OTT statement on your part I reckon Bundook?
