Russian Tankers, witner 1942/43 1/35

I decided to go back to 1/35 scale after nearly a year...And here are two new figures that I'm making for a diorama with a T 34/76 tank. They are from magic sculp, except the heads-they are resin hornet modern Russian tankers heads but I've started resculpting them to look like those from the ww 2 era. Hope you like it:

I think the distance from the waist to the crotch is too long in the top figure. Take some measurements. It is making the legs look too short to me.
