Seen it but can't find it

Hi Guys

I have seen a flexible oxygen hose tool somewhere, but I can't find it anywhere, its two pieces of plastic, with grooves that you put putty or some else between then move them across each other to create the hose. Has anybody got any idea who its made by and where I can get it...

Dave, I think this might he what you are looking for. I am not sure of the sizes, but think this might be more geared for gaming scales.
