Hi Folks,

I'm painting a Union Jack flag and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for the shading tones of the white portions of the flag?

Any comments would be a GREAT help.

Best,

A neutral grey can often look best. If you're mixing from scratch in practice this means adding a little dark brown to the white in addition to black (since nearly all tints of black are blueish and the brown counteracts this).
