Love the lamps how did you get the effect ?

This will be outstanding that is for sure

Thanks a lot kev,I base coated in GW yellow and then I applied the same colour with white to the centre areas of the lamps,once dry I then added oils ( umber,burnt sienna and orange ) in tiny amounts round the edges and gently blended them into the yellow areas,I then added black acrylic to simulate the glass panels,I just need to lightly go over these with some gun metal which I used on the rest of the lamps

That's a great photograph mate,I'm really getting hooked on WW1 now and I'm planning another Stormtroopers by the end of the year,I love these photo's,it's photos like these that inspire me in all my projects

I've finaly got round to finishing the german trench raider,I've also posted it seperatley as the bust wont be totally visable once on the trench section.
