This is my first large scale bust and I think that it has turned out reasonably well? What do you think?
I decided to take the plunge and prime with Vallejo matt Black surface primer and use Vallejo Brown Sand as a base coat. The remainder of the bust was painted with various Vallejo Model Colour shades.
The “jewel” was brush painted using one thin and then one thick coat of Tamiya Clear Red.
The quality of the bust was superb and only minimal tidying up and a good wash with soapy water was required prior to painting. I will certainly be keeping an eye on future offerings from this caster.
