Hi all
Well things are starting to move forward.
I have been so tied up with work and family that have not had much time to do very much, however things are starting to move forward.
I have the first figure, US Para WW2., 75m.
For those who don’t know this figure was sculpted by Anders Heinz who did an outstanding job with the subject, we both feel it’s a bit different from the norm, and lends itself to different uses for the modler.
I think congrats are in order for Anders as I think he picked up some medals at the California show one of which I think was gold.
Now the figure is with a Spanish painter called Danni Serrano whose work some of you guys might have seen at Planet Figure.
The figure will come in five pieces, in resin.
The Wall/seat
Two arms, that always handy...lol
Head
Body
There will be painting instructions plus color badge and insignia information.
I am just in the process of arranging with Cpl Forrest Guth 101st 506 PIR 1 of the Band of Brothers to sign either the box art or an autograph done separately.
I am doing this as I have always stated from the outset from every sale a donation will be given to the benevolent fund of the Regiment depicted in our figures.
I have posted a couple of pics and will post more when the box art is completed.
Big thanks to Anders for all his help and to Darla at Lost Battalion for the fantastic castings
Any feed back would be great.
The name of the Company is 'Snap Shot in Time Historical Figures",anyone interested in this figure can contact by Email just send me a pm.
Cheers Chris Edwards
