Hi to all.
My name is Alex. I am from Russia and I am newbie at this forum so this is my first topic here.
Several past years I create custom accessories for 1/6 miniatures mostly to make them look more historically and anatomically correct. Now I would like to present here my recent works in 1/9, 1/10 and 1/16(120 mm) scales.
I prefer to use not traditional sculpting but 3D scanning and modern digital technologies.

According to my view the skulls may used not only like mortal accessory but rather the base for face sculpting with open mouth for example.
So somewhen I am going to continue this line with different race anthropometric parameters as nordid pontid dinarid and so on.

I agree - very interesting!

I have some doubts that you could use a 1/16th skull to sculpt on to it [using either 2 part air-drying putty or oven bake putty] a 1/16th scale head. The most likely result would be an out of scale head. I would be pleased to be proved wrong.

I'm pleased that you chose 1/16th to include but if you want to do something more commercially attractive, I'd try the smaller scales - 1/32nd, 1/24th.

But for some reasons I don't like scales smaller 1/16(120 mm).

I do not understand your fears about out of scale heads because each scale has high and low limits. It'll be not too big problem for me(If it really needs somebody) to make two very similar models in one scale which has different dimensions.

Thank you for the interest to my works.
I think price will not too high. But you see prototype from 3d printer on the photo. I need time to mold copies from resin.

Here is resin derivatives of the same 3D skull model in different scale. I can do any human skull with different proportions. Not quick but it's really possible.
