I agree - the face is excellent. It has that "period" look about it too. Although you say you struggle with this scale, it is not obvious from this work!

Awesome painting Ernest. When I saw the first posting of this figure I thought it was a 120mm figure. To find out from you on messenger that it is a 54mm figure......wow.......you have done an excellent flesh tone for a small face area. Now hurry up.........and paint the rest of the figure :lol:
