looking more carefully; don't hesitate to enhance the light spots in order to increase the visibility of the light direction coming from the right.

you can go up to pure white in some distinct areas, where the light hits the uniforms most (hope I am clear ...)

That's the next step Marko. I need to add the snow and it will be on a lot of the horizontal surfaces.

Nice job Colin. It's always a delicate process to manage colour harmony and to get sufficient chiaroscuro (light dark) to make a flat look 3D and attractive. You have managed both superbly in this piece.
