Wow!!! That’s coming along very well indeed love it. The chests look fantastic. The bottle of rum looks good too (that’s what the bell shaped bottle is) so excited to see more.

Steve, the chest, helmet, coins, bottle, lantern all come with the set you get a lot to play around with, and it does help to set the scene.

Wow, I'm loving the way this is coming together.
The detail is awesome, the helmet is already looking authentic.

just gets better and better, and we've still got the figures to come.
Enjoy the holidays..... and the rum.

That helmet looks awesome, really like the reflections from the chest below, that is a brilliant detail to add.

Cheers Simon

Oh, I wondered at the tool description but not having to use oil lamps accepted it, I would not have guessed it was a rum bottle though. Shame you have to change it because it's really well painted.

Cheers Simon

Progress
I primer all the parts from the figures!
I will start from the 3rd pirate!
I primer him with black and use my desk lights to take photos to use it for guide of highlights and shadows

That's looking good, nice idea using the light and pictures to guide the shade and highlights, especially with three figures and the scenery.

Cheers Simon

Hi IIias

Where to begin .....the helmet looks great , along with the doubloons and the chest , the lantern idea will work especially with your clever painting for the lighting

As for the rum ...loving the metallic top , not sure ref the contents ....perhaps make it darker to contrast with the actual bottle colour ........I hasten to add I don't drink so you will need to do careful liquid research ....lol

Pirate....these are going to be impressive with the lighting ....

Looking forward to seeing more ....

Happy benchtime and happy festivities
