I am forced to respond in this manner as for some reason I cannot quote anyone individually. I just updated my computer to Windows 10 but, it spoiled some settings. Joe, i hate to be pedantic, but have you forgotten to put the ramrod on ? Apart from that, if this is your learning curve with acrylics then you've passed with flying colours .
This has long been one of my favourite figures. In the Nov/Dec 99 Issue of Historical Miniature there was a great SBS article on it. It was sculpted by an artist called Eva Riquelme and was her first try at a miniature. Fascinating article, lovely figure.
