That's a nice looking diorama and good looking details on the figures

Do like the painting of the horse and the trumpeters uniform very colourful and a nice contrast to the armour of the officer

Why not put something into FOTM as well ?
Thanks for the comments Kev. I wanted the horse to be something a little different colour wise to highlight it being an officers mount and maybe a little more select/exclusive than the troopers. I think it may work well in so much as it is two trumpeters rescuing the stricken officer and trumpeters normally rode the greys as well. As for the Cuirassier trumpeter I’m pleased I went for the orange of the 2nd Regiment as it stands out against the red of the Guard du Corps trumpeter-the 1st Cuirassiers had crimson as their facing colour so it might have been too much.

The orange was a mix of Cadmium Yellow and Cadmium Red leaning more to yellow, shadows were a green. Can’t remember if it was white or Naples Yellow for the highs.
