It is with great regret that I have to announce the cancellation of the HMSNEO Workshop 2012. Thanks to those who showed interest.--

That's sad to hear Steve, is there any chance in keeping salvaging it ?

As one of the participants that signed up for and paid for the class - this is really disappointing news!

Gordo, I do not see how. We had excellent response day one of registration and not a peep nor inquiry since, and we have had cancellations. As you well know the expense is significant and that drives the train. Dave my friend, I would rather eat broken glass than announce this but it cannot be helped that I can see. As we have not yet canceled the venue I guess a sudden surge in interest would reverse this but barring that, no way. However this idea is not dead, just delayed. Tomorrow is another day.--

Do you think it's just too early and people are just not sure
yet about taking it ? The show is in June. There was a lot
of interest about it.
You stated your canceling it, is that for sure ?

Economic aspects aside, perhaps it was a timing thing. The Lonestar Show announced a similar workshop at nearly the same time, but draws from a larger and closer population base.

Workshop or no, I - and others in the NTFC - always look forward to the Tulsa show and we are always eager to attend. See you in June.
