Hello all this is my most recent work Alpine Miniatures 1st FJ division on a Black Dog base in 1/35th scale. These are my 3rd and 4th 1/35th scale figures painted with acrylics as is the base. It’s a difficult transition moving over from oils.
Thank you all for taking a look.

Hi Steve

Great to see you here

That’s a nice Vignette , all credit for giving acrylics a go , the figures look good , nice interaction between them , the Basework looks well detailed , like the vegetation

I use a retarder when I’m painting with acrylics ( W & N Blending medium )

Why not have a look at supporting the competitions see link below

Look forward to seeing more from you including your oil artwork or a V Bench thread as well

Thanks for sharing

Happy benchtime

It is indeed a difficult transition but you seem to be handling it pretty well, this is a very nice vignette.

Great vignette really well painted both the ground work and the figures. It's a whole new way of painting after oils and you seem to have cracked it.

Cheers Simon

Thank you everyone for your kind words and interest, not a fan of the pictures after cropping.
