I'm back... some pictures from a bigger project

the figure represent.... a chasseur holding a flag captured

It's a conversion made using Metal Modeles parts and the new Figurinitaly hands in 1/30 scale. Also the head comes from the figurinitaly accessories

Bravo Ivo! Brilliant work. Will these be at mfca?
Will you have any of the Figurini figures fircsale at mfca?
Ed

yes Ed

I'll be at MFCA with some Figurinitaly figures and accessories... do you have some specific request? if yes please tell me what do you need

thanks

Ivo

This is one of your all-time best works in my opinion. It reminds me of Edouard Detaille's wonderful painting: 'Remise au Senat des Trophees'. Are the rivets on the flag seperate pieces or just painted on? They are all magnificent.

hello... I'm back after the MFCA trip... some difficult to restart and for this reason I decided to do something our of my comfort zone...

I rarely worked on the late 19 century ... and never on the scottish troops. For this reason I started a figure of sgt Stewart at Lunknow

out of my comfort zone one of the problems was the documentation... used to have all the uniform details I had some trouble to define the details.

anyway... here the start using a Figurinitaly head

Hi Ivo,
I dont want to be a rivet counter but there a couple of things. He was a Captain not a Sgt and as an officer he should have a badgers headed sporran this is not very clear in the painting but its there if you look closely.Hope this helps

I like your suggestion, don't worry

you're right is a captain and not a sergeant

what do you intend with headed sporran? i searched many documents and none of them is completely exhaustive
