Ron high praise indeed.......I've got a horrible feeling that it's like The Shoemaker and the Elves.....I go to sleep and they do the work.Del that is one of the best faces I have ever seen in oils. Bloody gorgeous mate. This will be a real stunner and, certainly one of the very best of this particular piece.

Pedro I must have painted the teeth about 5 or 6 times they were by far the hardest bit so far.I love the way you painted the teeth seems very realistic. Perfect job all around.

Thanks Brian, harder than I thought it would be to paint a 'dirty' face without making it look as if I'd just made an a**e of the paint job.Great work Del,what i really like about this so far is the dirty / sweaty appearance of the face,it looks superb and really sets the face off,
