Great work Del, beautifully done, easily one of the best examples of this bust I've seen.
 
I wonder if the cover of this book was the inspiration for this bust?

Del that is one of the best faces I have ever seen in oils. Bloody gorgeous mate. This will be a real stunner and, certainly one of the very best of this particular piece.

Great work Del,what i really like about this so far is the dirty / sweaty appearance of the face,it looks superb and really sets the face off,(y)

Thanks Brian, harder than I thought it would be to paint a 'dirty' face without making it look as if I'd just made an a**e of the paint job.
