...deep in the west!
Hi folks!

And here's allready my next w.i.p.:
It is Grist from the Brood fraction.

I have only painted a bit on the skin so far.
Don't mind the colorfull skirt. That was just a demonstration and will be painted over later.

Well, still a lot to do on him.

Regards

I have painted the tubes on his arms last night.
The brownish color on his head was just a test with some ink. I am still deciding whether to use metalics or normal paint as basecolor for the armour parts. But I tend more to metalics, like on Murtros.
He also now has eyes.

Anyway, here are some more images:

Hello!

I continued with the metal parts.

The metalparts where basecoated with Vallejo Model Air Metallic Copper 068. Then a light wash with Vallejo Game Color Bronce 57. And then I washed with a pale dark orangebrown (no metallic paint this time, mixed from orange and brown paints).

Cheers

Thanks, Christos!

I allready painted on. Gave the "evening dress" (for that's what it looks a bit like), a first pale green basecoat.

I also tried some effect on the backpack, trying to make some areas look like glass cylinders filled with some green ooze. Well, it's not finished yet and I am stuck a bit. Still have to figure out, how to make the effect work completely.

Aynway, here are more images:

Here are some new images. I have painted all the details now. Maybe I will rework the fabric a bit and add some more subtle highlighting.
And a little touch up here and there.

And allready some more images.

I reworked the highlights on the green cloth a bit, now.
I also highlighted the redbrown pattern on the hems of his "apron" and painted the base a bit.

I have to rework his feet a bit now.
He has a dark spot, from the brown I washed on the base, underneath his left heel. But I allready painted that over this morning, after I took the photos.
