Many thanks Rick for your kind coments,I'm glad you like it so farBrian: Wow, so typical of your work posted here. The viewer,
IMHO empathizes with this soldier, and the Hell that he has
been thru. The faded and worn look that you create so
skillfully brings that point home. Well done,
Rick
Many thanks Jeff,I have been asked before about weathering and backdrops,I'll sort something out for the futureFab job Smudger, especially the weathering. How about a SBS on how you go about it? Or have you already done one that I've missed?
Jeff

Hi terry,I'm much more of a confident painter than I was a few years back, and I enjoy the challenge of a difficult subject nowBrian looks to me like you dont shy away from painting flags, I look forward to following the progress on these new subjects, keep up the good work.
Terry
Hi Brian I am still being controlled by the paint, I can only dream of the day when you can look at a subject and know that you have the skills to complete it to a high standard without having your head melted along the way, I actually hold my breath when painting certain details and finish with a gasp for air and to think that the hobby is meant to be relaxing lol.
