I will take a little break, to clarify my next designs and enjoy the Easter holidays here :)

Here is the Stinger with separate sight and antenna folded and deployed:

Wow, that looks nice! (y)

I made also GP-25 40mm grenade launcher for the AK's, and M24 sniper system based on the Remington 700 rifle:

The GP-25 launcher is ready, nicely printed and fits all of my AK's, except the shorter AKS-74U which is different construction. My PGO-7 sight also can be put on the AK:

Zweihander sword (~180cm real length), used by the Landsknechts in the 16th century and Springfield model 1861 percussion rifle from the US civil war, both 1/24:

My grateful thanks to Venko for producing the Zweihander. I had been looking for one for a modelling project that I am engaged in and very helpfully offerred to produce one in 75mm for me.

If anyone is interested in the wider history of this fearsome weapon, I can heartily recommend "The Two-Handed Sword: History, Design and Use" by Neil Melville, published by Pen and Sword in the UK. Extremely intersting Richard, thanks for all the info.

Actually I made a slight mistake with the Springfield rifle, it is model 1863 I designed, so here is the 1861 model:

Springfield 1861.jpg

There is minor difference in the form of small clamps on the stock for the bands that holds the barrel. Also the bands in the 1863 model are held with bolts.
But now I have the two models ready :)

Never did a cannon, so just for fun I designed a M1857 12-ponder Napoleon cannon, most favored by both Union and Confederate forces in the US civil war.
Still WIP, but the overall shape is ready :)
