Never did a cannon, so just for fun I designed a M1857 12-ponder Napoleon cannon, most favored by both Union and Confederate forces in the US civil war.
Still WIP, but the overall shape is ready :)

With a slight modification to the gun carriage you could offer several different gun tubes, i.e., Parrot, James, Confederate Napoleon - both bronze and Iron, howitzer, 3in Ordnance Rifle.

Hi Venko
Your 1861 and 1863 Springfields were very, very nice. Really beautiful. I do have a question for you. These are 1/24 scale about 59mm in length. Unfortunately not all 1/24 scale/75mm miniatures are the same size. Your Springfields are a little short for several figures I have on my work bench. Is it possible to print your Springfields a little larger to a new overall length if I gave you a number?

Have you considered doing any Civil War Enfields? They would work for Victorian figures also.

Thanks

Hi, glad you like them, thanks! And yes, unfortunately all figures are different even in same scale, but I can scale them to a given length, no problem. I will consider Enfield also :)
Give me the desired length in mm and I can resize them.

Regards!

That would be great. A model 1861 Springfield at 64 mm should go well with my Feh and Zone Civil War figures. Let me know the cost per copy and we'll take care of it via PayPal if that's OK with you.
The most popular Enfield an Civil War was the Model 1853. If you need reference material on Civil War weapons or artillery, let me know. I may have drawing that would help. Thanks

Just want to endorse Venko's weapons. I've placed two orders with him now and both were received in a timely manner and well packaged for safe shipment. My second order was to rescale several 1861 Springfields to exact lengths to replace 1/24 scale/75mm kit weapons....(knowing all "same" scaled figures can vary between manufacturers)
The replacements were perfect fits. So if you need a weapon of particular length, drop Venko an email. Great service, fair price and nice printings.

Don't have much time designing in the summer, but I will try to make some :)

Venko,
Any chance of a nice Vietnam era M60 in 1/16 scale?
Hec...even a nice set of 1/16 ammo belts in various poses. Draped, worn over shoulder, hanging, etc...

Thanks,
Steve

Great stuff.

I hold out hope that someday someone, perhaps you, will finally fill the void for a source Afrika Korps pith helmets. Though not popular attire with the troops, there are many photo examples of this headgear stowed on the exterior of panzers in the desert. I am certain DAK armour modelers would be jumping for joy if this particular gear became available.
