Proper cold here (Norfolk coast) but no snow yet.

Between the Shetlands and Norway it's lovely, just a bit cold, don't know what all the fuss is about.

Here it is snowing the whole day.
But it melt, because it's 0,2 above zere Celcius.
For the feeling it is -15 because the wind is 6-7 Bft.
Feels like the southpole here.

I suppose British Rail are shut down again - wrong kind of ice, or something?
We live pretty close to the Naval Base that used to be called Port Arthur and are stuck out at the top end of Bohai Bay, so we don't really experience much in the way of snow. It's been bloody freezin' these past four weeks though, hitting -20C on occasion.
A great excuse for sitting in the hoose being vastly entertained for all the wrong reasons watching "China's Got Talent", or the interminable soap opera's that are on all day.
The beer still gets delivered reliably though - it's just a phone call away....

The last 10 days we have had about 22cm of snow and temperatures around -10 degrees Celsius. With tops in -16 degrees Celsius. This is the end of Mars and Im not even in the northern part of the coungry.

Yea and the memorial with all the Battle honours ,about 40feet high ,the area laid out is like a small park
