For that is how long it took for me to make my first posts here :( sorry. I thought I should do an introduction before asking for help.

Long time IPMS (braille scale) and BMSS player back in the 90's who gave in totally to the darkside of the hobby in the early 00's and was only painting wargame figures.
Until now that is, when a games room re-organisation unearthed my small stash of unpainted display figures, the ones I could not bring myself to give/trade away back then and prompted an "I wonder if...." moment.

Which is where I am now, struggling to remember how to blend rather than layer and glaze rather than wash as I tackle an ancient KK castings 75mm Indian Maid figure I promised to do for my wife about 25 years ago.

Welcome

It took me a while before remembering KK Casting ( early 90ies)

Thanks, my Indian Maid is reference 9013, a Pete Barnacle sculpt loosely based on this CM Russell painting; http://fineartamerica.com/featured/indian-maid-at-the-stockade-charles-marion-russell.html

I have not found any references to her at all. She is only 75mm high so small amongst a 90mm range.

Thank you for the work you put into collating the old catalogues and listings, I have been in this hobby for long enough to remember pretty much all of them. There used to be a real sense of excitement and anticipation waiting for new sculpts to appear on the show circuit (and some crushing disappointments). Sharing Polaroids of new releases was an important part of club meets when listings like the KK one are the only thing you had to base your purchases on.
