Well is it too early to ask? NEVER! What did ya get in your stocking?

After sifting down through a deep pile of coal, I managed to find, hiding ever so lonely at the bottom, Young's new Spartan bust!!!!! COOL! I guess I ballanced just enough nice with my naughty to merit getting it.

Do share, what did everyone get?

... I've been a naughty boy this year ! :)

But I did manage to get a couple of figures - Soldiers' 54mm US ranger at Pointe du Hoc 1944, sculpted by A Laruccia, is one of them. Also some more of the EMI-Colt series - Custer, the Cowboy wearing a duster, and Chief Sitting Bull (also by Laruccia, a wonderful figure this is).

Good Ole St Nick was pretty good to me this year. Glad he didn't hear those nasty rumors I should get coal. I got several good reference books and even purchased my own bust, which I was assured was for someone else, and to my surprise Santa had it for me under my tree. A hard to get Bonaparts Celtic Warrior bust.

Another Santa surprise was an 8" digital photo frame. Now most sane people would download photos of their family into it and set it on slideshow..........but I never claimed to be sane.....just a died in the wool figure painter. Yep....you guessed it. I downloaded about 300 photos of figures taken at various shows over the last couple of years. I had them saved in files on my desktop. Great motivation for painting. A new photo of a masterpiece appears in the cherry frame every 30 seconds.

Thank you Santa :D:D

I have not posted in a while due to business. I know, not an excuse.
I must have been better than I thought! My wife totally surprised me with 2 LeCimier 1/10 mounted figures? I was shocked to say the least. I am know the proud owner of two boxes ( Napoleon & a Chassuer Cheval) with about 20lbs of resin! I also recieved a 1/8 scale resin charging Rebel. My family learned that I revived my passion for models. However, I believe Guy may end up with the Rebel.....Merry Christmas and a Very, Healthy, Happy and Prosperous New Year to everyone! Rocky

Hi Planeteers,

I've been a bad boy:mad:   . No models:mad: , no reference books:mad: . Nothing.

I did buy myself a DVD of "The Lighthorsemen":) with a gift certificate, but that sucks compared to seeing what I really wanted under the Christmas tree (Hector & Achilles busts from Young Miniatures:D ).

I must stop being so naughty, and start being nicer:rolleyes: . Glad to hear so many of you "good boys" got what you wanted!:p

Cheers
