Hope to get some inspiration. Thanks in advance,

Hi Stephen

I have mine in the Ikea Detolf

You can get lights to fit in as well

Other ideal cabinets are there as well

Yours looks very nice ..if a little full !

I display some of mine in this cabinet. It doesn't hold that many so I rotate them in and out as the spirit moves me. I say the cabinet is too small and I need another, larger cabinet . The boss says the cabinet is fine I just have too many figures... go figure! That little guy on the top shelf is the first figure I ever painted, about lebenty seben years ago and he's a permanent fixture...

Thanks, Giwe. I found that cabinet on Etsy. I don't know if there's a German version of Etsy but if there is it might be a good place to look.

I display absolutely nothing I paint. Most go into a cupboard or drawer. Some are given away, some are sold.
For me it's the creative process that I enjoy. I've even got figures still in transit boxes from shows of more tha 3 years ago.
That being said I love to see other peoples displayed work.

After following your work for years and years, to think they are stuck in a box somewhere seems such a shame. However, I get the your love of the process.

I don't really have display space, so most of my finished figures are in boxes. I bring out my Imperial German collection and put it under the Christmas tree, but then it gets packed up again. Others are displayed in a barrister bookcase I have in the living room; they're at the front of the shelves, in front of other things.
Others have mentioned Ikea, and I plan on getting some of their "Fabrikor" cabinets:

I like the retro-30s doctor's office look of the piece. With the lockdowns and the disruptions to supply chains, though, availability is spotty.

Prost!

I'm not an Ikea fan generally as dust is your biggest problem and their cabinets usually have quite large gaps between the frame and glass. The one flagged up by brad looks ideal but seems to be out of stock. It may of course have been only for the us market?
