Per Olav, EXCELLENT PROGRESS so far !!! You may not be a "full-time" aircraft modeller, but you put many full-time ones to shame  !! Looking forward with bated breath to the next update. Cheers !
Kenneth.
Stop, just stop, I have never in my life seen art like this before. My Gosh is this fantastic, what sort of witchcraft have you possesed us with? To have this fine group of men standing here all with our jaws wide open is just the best anyone could ever wish for. My hat is off to you sir. I can't wait to see the finished product. I'm sure it will be better than sex.

I have just finished 2 of the figures to my diorama who btw I have found a title to; " Der gestrandete Walfisch" (thanks Markus )
The Highlanders are done and now its on to the German aviators. The Scot in the slope is going to hold on to some wire with his left arm.
It was kind of scary to start painting figures again  , my last figure painting session was on my last diorama 1 1/2 years ago, so in the future I will try to keep practising my figure painting more often
Well the two last figures are finished, so just some minor details left before the diorama is done. The figures are painted with oils for uniforms and Humbrols for the flesh parts. Going to add som slightly weathering to the figures to blend them a little bit mor into the base.
