Gidday,
Here,s a start on a marine radio operator,Pacific Theatre. The hem on the back has to be altered to the top of the shoulder. His left arm is leaning on the water bottle soon.Comments welcome.

Looks great. What is your technique for sculpting the folds in the clothing - your figure has these well done. What putty do you use?

Regards,

Chip

Thanks for the comments guys.
Chip ,the material used is magicsculp. The tools used are quite simple,a double ended knitting needle and a couple of pointed tools made from 2.5 mm copper wire.

Gidday,
Some more work on the figure. The helmet could be lowered a mil or so.The belt took several repeats with the form tool to look convincing.I could go on.
Anyway ,Carl, this is a bit of a diversion from the WW1 theme although I have started to paint the horse bust.comments welcome.

Gidday,
The left sleeve is almost done.American helmets are difficult to make look convincing. This one is a casting trimmed from 120mm to 1/16 from an earlier model of mine.comments welcome.
