Hi Ivo,
Beautiful displays. But Colbert was already dead when Napoleon fight at Waterloo.
Just a minor detail.
Nothing to do with the quality of the painted figures.
:)
Hi Jan,
I did the figure too. I thought the face not that good and hard to paint in a right order.
The denison smock on this figure is not correct. The stitching on the back shouldn't be there. This was of one piece of cloth.
The baret was a more red blue tone (violet)
Furthermore, have fun...
Looks good Ben, compliment on the Whites.
I hope to see your work in a live environment.
You never show you work somewhere? No club no competition?
We can learn from you.

Awesome performance. What a patience and focus is needed to finish such a diorama. I love it. There so much drama and emotion in it. One of the best I've seen last years (y)
Hi Marc, Tx! I think you're wright. I found it hard to paint this scheme. On a former occassion they thought the dots where to big.
But I won't change it.
Hi guys,
I've started with this figure from Pegaso.
Started with the horse in a white / grey look.
This is coming to a close. I hope on some feedback and advise.
Painted it in oils. The golds are done with printers ink.
Hi Guys, almost finished this buste. Painted in oils and I used some inks for the guilt buttons and eagles.
Some work on the eyes. Still not satisfied on them.
Hoping for some feedback.
I will place this buste together with my model of the Bismarck 1:200. I've built recently.
Finished this beautiful buste from CGS. The face in acrylics as his bag. The other items done with oils.
The gold I put some inks in it.
Hope you like the result.
