Gents, thanks for taking time to leave comments!

AFAIK, this 2 piece panzer uniform can be painted in 4 different colors and materials
because the cut remains identical throughout different versions.

1. Black wool - need to add collar tabs
2. field gray cotton/nylon - need to add collar tabs (depends...)
3. Oak autumn pattern cotton/nylon - as is
4. dot pattern HBT - you might want to shave off the sleeve eagle

The box art will be painted in dot pattern as it is strangely absent in Alpine box arts.

And with a bit of conversion work there is a 5th option as this can be done in splinter camouflage as well:

By the way, the sleeve eagle does not need to be removed for the pea dot pattern. There are examples of it used on the camo uniform, e.g. In the Amodio book.

Maybe, but wasn't the Heer panzer wrap of a different cut than the Waffen SS panzer wrap ? WSS had the front of the jacket cut straight, Heer slanted.

Yes it was Johan, but that would not be a very difficult change.

How about this Teasung: instead of a second head option you include a second option for the upper body (including the belt buckle as that is different too)?
(Hm, an extra head would be required as well actually because of the cap insignia). Anyway...

Heer panzer uniform has a slightly more fitted cut around the waist
with wider double breasted front. You will also have to add a vertical seam
in the middle of the back side.
However, this won't be a demolition conversion if you are handy with putty.

I also have seen photos of Heer crew wearing SS cut uniform with Heer
insignias and vice versa.

Adrian, no go on the extra torso idea. ;)

Whaaat!? And we don't even get a big fancy weapon with this one...! ;-)

Anyway, with late war German stuff a lot is possible, so even if one doesn't change the cut and fit of the jacket it is still not 'wrong'. It would just be the insignia and belt buckle.

By the way, is this the same face as with the earlier WSS figure, the one with the PPSH? He looks like him. Or it is his brother... ? Not a problem, as I really like that sculpt.

Cheers

Yes, Adrian. It's the same head as the figure you mentioned.
Of course, some minor changes have been made.

Outstanding work, as usual, Taesung, just a figure I was looking for! With a second head, which already comes with the figure, I was thinking of adding an extra pair of arms, so if (read:when!) I buy a second figure, in abundance of painting choices and possible variations, it won't look exactly the same.
