Hi all

I've had a thread going in the sculpture forum for some British Airborne figures I've been working on and now I've managed to get my blogsite up and running I thought some of you might be interested in taking look?

All comments welcome.

Cheers

Matt

Thanks guys

As you'll know, these two will eventually be going into an Arnhem (Hartenstein Hotel) diorama and I'm desperate that it doesn't turn out to be a diorama with men just walking around or drinking tea, I'm trying very hard to capture the atmosphere after about 4 days of fighting.

The sketches are (of course) proving to be a lot easier than the actual sculpting!

I used my Magic Sculpt for the first time last night (I normally use Milliput) and I think I'm converted. I think I'll use Milliput for the bulk of the work and Magic Sculpt for the detail stuff, it takes a while to harden up but if I mix it at the start of the session I find its firm enough to work with towards the end. Excellent stuff!

Cheers again and 'watch this space'

Matt
