Hi Phil there you go, hes looking great, the paint job you have done on the face has taken the eye away from any casting issues, crack on.

Thanks buddy! It took a little bit of extra work to square away the casting issues, but I think it was worth the extra time...

Hey Phil.. Sometimes those extreme close ups should be kept personal;.. shows everything....My wife has one of those flip magnifier mirrors in the bathroom and I gave myself a look and I **** you not:....I looked like friggin Pasha...Good look'n guy..
Anyway........Looks like you're gonna pull it off...........Keep up the good work.

hahaha! The thing is, at one time in the fairly recent past, I did have a beard that looked suspiciously like his! (Although I had much, much longer hair too...)
Thanks for the encouraging words though, Wayne. I think after tonight all the sculpt/casting hurdles have are over!

Hello everybody - just a quick update... I finished his hat, crown and scarf. I also glazed a little red into the bottom corner of his eyes (I felt he needed a little more color there - not much, but just a touch). I'm also happy to say that as far as the casting/sculpting issues go, I think they're all behind me now!
