PS THANKS TO EVERYBODY WHO offered info and advice and to the Dr for giving me Valium!!..lol

Very well done Mate, three years on and you (we both) are still enthuse about bill Mott,
Your additions to this piece were a brilliant flash of inspiration. Pace stick, bearskin cap lining, sword etc. love them, great work
Did I read that you are not going use the highly modified bearskin cap?
Top man MR P. well presented, now get some good pics of him and stop teasing.

Hi Kevin
I just might like to take you up on that kind offer Kevin.
Pete has sewn a seed with me to have a go at another Guardsman with bearskin cap off and that would save a load of work.
Many thanks
Keith

Having seen your struggles with the sword, you can understand why I positioned his left arm holding his pace stick when I did the marching conversion for Gordon! Your half figure with service cap looks first class.

Keith,

You'll have to move the plume to the other side of the bearskin! Here's some inspiration for you!

Pete

Just your knowledge of all things Guards and the fact that I can draw on it drives me to try out things in these regiments.

Kevin
Many thanks. I hope that I can do it justice.
I ment to comment on the lining of that cap.......How bloody good is that!!! I am sure that I could see the makers phone number.

Well its time for me to drive south to la Vuelta Tour of Spain for a couple of weeks.
Many thanks to you both

Well it's turned out very nicely feller, a big well done from me.

We all know it would've been better in a green doublet and
a kilt but.........

Well done mate.

So on to a straight forward bust of a Hussar now then.

Paul.
