Cracking work on the wall, really looks good now once painted it'll be awesome.

Re the wire, once saw a fella do boot laces with the thin wire from IT cables, way too fiddly!

The cap is beautifully done. Nice progress on the groundwork, I'm looking forward to seeing how you paint the sandbags. I struggled to get a good finish on them when I did some in a diorama, so I'm hoping to learn a better way......;)

thank you so much for watching and liking :)

Here a step forward for the first phase of painting: given the main color masses with a greenish ochre for the stone and brick red for the road. then I toned all down with several washes in black, brown and ochre and a bit of dry-brush with ochre and then iraqi sand.

Still more washes and dry-brush to do but now it gives an idea of where I'm pointing to.

I'm looking forward to seeing how you paint the sandbags.
