black watch

I have been told that the blackwatch in Belfast only wore the red hackle in their t.o.s. no badge, no tartan patch behind the badge, also no tartan patches on the uniform. but someone else told me that they wore the badge only on the t.o.s. and wore a tartan sleeve patch? who is correct. ps I trust barrie s information but I just wanted to clear up this confusion/badger
