Completed Cat fight

Quick update on my new project, a pair of fighting tigers in 1:35th scale. Picked this 3D sculpt up at Scale Model Challenge.

Working with Vallejo acrylics and no. 2 Brokentoad and Rafael brushes. After laying the base colours I’m now working on the stripes.

Hope to finish these over the next two or three weeks.

No, they are from Oliver Spaet’s brand, not sure what it’s called again...will check. A great series of models. I find MiniNature’s models have become very expensive, due to Shapeway prize rises unfortunately.

Re groundwork I’m considering two options: sand-brownish dried grass and dusty ground, or dried grass peeking through light snow cover. Found below refs.
