Hi Daniel, I have the Ak set of blue, will try scale 75 as I am not convinced with this AK set, although I have nearly finnished the tunic.

they are awesome, especially the blues.
I normally use the dark blue and use cantabric blue for light.
They are very matt.

More progress

The white of the Waist coat and lapels have been done.
I think I may have made the pom pom too long for the rolled hat in the cartridge box
Nearly there.
forgot to make the rear adjustment strap for the shako, I know it's there but once the backpack was added, you can just about see it, still I know it's there.

Hi Daniel, yes its the dark Prussian blue with a touch of black added

Thank you all for the kind coments, it really is a lovely one to work on. I have only the musket to do.
As for getting him dirty , I have been reading '24 hours at Waterloo' by Robert Kershaw. The French troops were covered in mud and coal dust mixed together and covered from head to foot. I won't go that far.
