Nearly finished this one, just a bit of tidying up to do. Finish the cap, gloves, medal and ground work.
Not as straight forward as I thought, a bit of a fiddle with lining up of the sword slings and attaching the sword and hand. The face is painted in oils and the rest in acrylic.

Nice work, Bob. What colour mix did you use for the braiding? If my memory serves me correctly, this is that elusive shade known in French as "aurore" (dawn).

Hello Richard,
I have used vallejo 911 light orange as a base and then gradually lightened with white.
When, "I thought it was about right" and compared it with some drawings and coloured plates. Thanks for the compliment.
