I think I'm just about done with this one, just need to sort out a name plate. Enjoyed this figure immensely and altogether quite pleased with the way it's turned out. Any comments or advice on improving would be most welcome.

I think if you wanted to spend more time on the piece you could
gave a thin wash of umber colour to the gilt embroidery,
and a more red brown to the metals and then when dry pick out some highlight with metallic.
BUT it's great and if you are happy that is all that counts.

Thanks Paul. I did shade the lace/embroidery with burnt umber but it may need to be a little more prominent as you suggest. I may well give it a further wash and see if that improves things. Thanks for the suggestions.
